Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Eno’niva, a service provided by Peas Solutions LLC (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Eno’niva for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in codes and API tokens confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and tokens.
3. Your data, your responsibility
You keep ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it only to provide the service to you and to the circles you choose. You confirm you have the right to upload the contact data you collect from your own devices and accounts, and that you will use what you see in circles respectfully and lawfully.
In a company workspace, data that comes from company systems (for example company email, calendar and directory through a connector the company’s admin approves) belongs to the company and stays with it. For that data we act as the company’s processor under our data processing agreement (available from legal@enoniva.com); the providers we use are listed on our subprocessors page. What you bring from your own phone and computer stays yours and leaves with you if you leave the workspace.
4. Circles and introductions
Circle members see shared cards as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not use Eno’niva for spam, bulk unsolicited outreach, harassment, or to build marketing lists. Introductions are requests; members may decline without explanation.
Service providers. If you register as a service provider, you are responsible for your business card being accurate and for the services you provide. Eno’niva doesn’t vet, license or endorse providers and is not a party to any agreement between a provider and the people who hire them. Ratings members give are private notes for themselves; circles see only averages, and only when at least 3 members rated.
5. The collector and Claude
The collector runs on your computer, either as the Eno’niva Collector app or through Claude Code, an Anthropic product governed by Anthropic’s own terms. You control its settings and instruction files. We are not responsible for changes you make to them or for actions you ask Claude to take outside the published instructions.
6. Acceptable use
- No scraping or automated access beyond the documented API and MCP.
- No attempts to access data you are not permitted to see.
- No reverse engineering or interference with the service.
7. Plans, fees and billing
Plans. Eno’niva offers these plans, described on our pricing page:
- Free, at no charge.
- Plus, $10 per month or $96 per year, with a 14-day free trial once per account. Plus includes enrichment credits each billing period.
- Enrich everyone now, a one-time payment that adds enrichment credits to enrich your whole network quickly. The price is personal: we quote it in the service after your first upload, based on how many of your people still need a paid lookup after the free sources, and the quote is valid for 7 days. Bought by a new subscriber, it includes the first month of Plus, which then renews at $10 per month from the second month. A Plus subscriber can also buy it as a one-time top-up. (Members who bought the earlier $50 “Fast Start” keep its credits on the same terms.)
- Team, $8 per user per month, and Business, $15 per user per month, for company workspaces. Both are billed monthly by active seats; annual billing is available at 20% off.
- Enterprise, on the terms of a separate written agreement.
- Service-provider listing, $20 per month, with the first 6 months free once per account and no payment method needed for the free months. It shows your business card to members who have you in their contacts and to their circles. It does not include Plus or enrichment credits. If no payment method is on file when the free months end, the listing stops.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. By starting a paid plan you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for each billing period until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added or similar taxes, which we add where the law requires.
Renewal and cancellation. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Manage billing (workspace owners in the workspace billing section). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep the paid features until then. If you cancel during the Plus free trial, you are not charged. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
Company workspaces. A seat is an active member of the workspace. The subscription follows the number of active seats and is trued up monthly: when people join or leave, the difference is prorated on the next invoice. Every paid seat includes that member’s personal Plus while they are active. A new company workspace may start with a free pilot of 30 days for up to 25 seats; at the end of the pilot, an owner chooses a paid plan to keep using the paid workspace features, and nothing is charged unless they do.
Enrichment credits. Credits pay for web lookups we run for you, such as profile photos, job changes and company information. The number of credits each plan adds is shown on the pricing page; for company workspaces, credits are added per paid seat and shared by the workspace. Unused credits roll over from month to month while your subscription is active. Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and are non-refundable once used. If your subscription ends, your remaining credits are frozen; if you subscribe again within 6 months they are restored, and after that they expire. When you run out, paid lookups pause until new credits arrive; everything else keeps working.
Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A change applies from your next billing period after the notice period; if you don’t agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it and we will ask you to update your payment method. If it still can’t be collected, the subscription ends: a personal account returns to the Free plan, and a company workspace loses its paid features and its members’ included Plus. Your data is kept; only the paid features stop.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peas Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
