Is my data private?
Yes. Your conversations stay on your computer: your own Claude reads them locally and uploads contact records and interaction dates, plus the text of the last few messages per person (up to 140 characters each) so you can see where you left off. Only you see those, and you can turn them off. Circles and your company see only the business card: name, title, company and LinkedIn. No ads, no data selling, ever. See the Privacy Policy.
No Mac? Can I connect Outlook or Gmail instead?
Yes, on every plan. In Settings → Connected accounts, connect Outlook / Microsoft 365 or Google Contacts. Eno’niva reads your contacts and who you email (addresses and dates only, never subjects or message text), keeps them fresh every 6 hours, and keeps them private to you. Disconnect any time, and choose whether to remove what it brought in.
What are enrichment credits?
Credits pay for looking people up on the public web: profile photos, job changes, and company info. Plus includes 750 credits a month, and a typical person takes one or two. Credits you don’t use roll over to next month while you’re subscribed. Your own LinkedIn export is free and keeps everyone’s jobs current, so it saves credits: we never spend credits on people it already covers.
How is my “Enrich everyone now” price set?
After your first upload we run the free steps: your LinkedIn export, people other members already brought up to date, and a free check that confirms many jobs at no cost. Your price covers only the people left after that, at our measured cost per person, so a bigger network that’s mostly covered can still be cheap. It’s shown in Settings → Plan, valid for 7 days, and charged once. The credits it buys roll over like Plus credits, and Plus continues at $10 a month from month 2.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is an active member of your company workspace. Billing follows active seats: when people join or leave, the subscription adjusts and the difference is prorated on your next invoice. Removed members aren’t billed.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
An admin removes them from the workspace. The contacts they brought from their own phone and computer leave with them, and they keep their personal account. Data from company systems, like company email, calendar and directory, stays with the company. Their messages, ratings and notes never entered the company space in the first place.
How do the free trial and cancelling work?
Plus starts with a 14-day free trial, once per account. Cancel anytime in Settings → Manage billing. Company workspaces are also managed in Stripe’s billing portal, so owners can change or cancel the plan whenever they like.
How do service-provider listings work?
Register your business card in Settings → I offer a service: business name, services, business phone, area and hours. Members who have you in their contacts see it on your card, and the circles they belong to find you under “Service providers”. It costs $20 a month after 6 free months. Ratings people give you stay private; circles see averages only when at least 3 members rated.
Can my company try it first?
Yes. A pilot is free for 30 days with up to 25 seats. The admin of your company circle can start one from the app, or contact us and we’ll set it up with you.
Does a company seat include Plus?
Yes. Every paid Team, Business or Enterprise seat includes the employee’s personal Plus, for as long as they’re an active member.
