How to delete your account
In the Eno’niva app (Android or iPhone): open Settings › Delete my account. We email you a one-time code; enter it and your account is deleted immediately.
On the web: sign in, open Settings, then choose Delete my account and confirm with the code we email you.
Paying for Plus? Cancel it in Plan first.
What is deleted
We delete your account and everything you uploaded: contacts, message history and snippets, ratings, notes, asks, tokens and passkeys. You leave all your circles and your company workspace. People who exist only because of your uploads are deleted too. Copies in our server backups expire within 35 days.
Your own phone and computer are not touched: the contacts on your devices stay as they are.
What may be kept
- Payments, invoices and tax records, where the law requires us to keep them.
- Security audit logs, up to 24 months, and web server logs, 14 days.

Can’t sign in?
Email privacy@enoniva.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the address is yours before we act, and we reply within one month.
Not a member?
If you never joined but may be in a member’s contacts, you have no account to delete. Use Remove me to have your card removed from every circle, the map, the sphere and search.
